Earn up to $1,000 with a New Business Checking Account Open a New Business Checking Account and qualify for a cash bonus based on the average balance you maintain. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT Details Business Checking Account Offer Details: Eligible WaterStone Bank business checking accounts require a minimum balance of $100.00 to open. New business customers who open an eligible Business Checking account may qualify for a one time cash bonus based on the average balance maintained during the third full statement cycle, provided the account remains open and active and the customer completes ten (10) or more customer initiated transactions within ninety (90) days of account opening. A $300.00 bonus will be paid if the account maintains an average balance between $5,000.00 and $24,499.99 during the third full statement cycle. A $500.00 bonus will be paid if the account maintains an average balance between $25,000.00 and $49,999.99 during the third full statement cycle. A $700.00 bonus will be paid if the account maintains an average balance of $50,000.00 or more during the third full statement cycle. An additional $125.00 bonus (for accounts qualifying for the $300.00 tier) or $150.00 bonus (for accounts qualifying for the $500.00 or $700.00 tiers) will be paid if the customer enrolls in Positive Pay services (Check, ACH, or Check and ACH) within ninety (90) days of Business Checking account opening. An additional $125.00 bonus (for accounts qualifying for the $300.00 tier) or $150.00 bonus (for accounts qualifying for the $500.00 or $700.00 tiers) will be paid if the customer establishes WaterStone Bank Merchant Services within one hundred eighty (180) days of account opening. All bonuses will be credited as one-time deposits to the qualifying Business Checking account on the third full statement cycle; however, bonuses associated with Merchant Services will be paid on the sixth full statement cycle. Accounts must remain open and active for 180 calendar days, or a $30.00 closing fee will be assessed at account closing. If the Business Checking account is closed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of account opening, a payback fee equal to the total amount of all bonuses received will be imposed.
