2Savings Bonus Terms and Conditions: To receive the savings bonus, you must do all of the following: 1) Open a new Ameriprise® Bank Savings Account (“Savings Account”) from October 1, 2026. 2) Make one or more Eligible Deposits into your new Savings Account within 30 calendar days of opening (“Deposit Period”) that in total meet one of the Qualifying Balance Amounts in the chart below. • At the end of the Deposit Period, the total Eligible Deposits posted to your Savings Account during the Deposit Period will determine the maximum bonus you may potentially receive, see chart below. • The Eligible Deposits are deposits from: - External accounts outside of Ameriprise Bank, FSB and its affiliates; - External accounts initially deposited into your Ameriprise brokerage account and credited to your savings account within seven business days of initial crediting to your Ameriprise brokerage account; - Proceeds from the redemption of money market fund balances held in your Ameriprise brokerage account and credited to your savings account within seven business days of the settlement date. 3) Maintain the daily balance for the assigned bonus tier in your Savings Account for 90 calendar days from the end of the Deposit Period (“Maintenance Period”). • During the Maintenance Period, if your daily balance drops below the minimum Qualified Balance Amount for your assigned bonus tier, you will no longer qualify for that bonus tier but may qualify for a lower tier as applicable, based on the lowest daily balance during the Maintenance Period, provided that your daily balance does not drop below $25,000. • If the daily balance in your Savings Account during the Maintenance Period goes above the Qualified Balance Amount for your assigned bonus tier, you will not qualify for the higher bonus tier. The bonus tiers are as follows: Qualifying Balance Amount Bonus $25,000 - $49,999.99 $350 $50,000 - $99,999.99 $650 $100,000 or more $1,000 This offer is only available to existing Ameriprise Financial investment clients and employees of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. and its affiliates. To remain eligible, your Savings Account must be open and in good standing when the bonus is credited to your Savings Account. Limit one savings bonus per Group ID as shown on the secure site. Clients who have previously received any Ameriprise Bank Savings Account bonus are not eligible for this offer. If you meet all requirements, we will credit the bonus to your new Savings Account within 14 business days after the Maintenance Period. The Ameriprise Bank Savings Account requires a $100 minimum opening deposit.
